Refund policy

We have a 7 working day return policy, which means you have 7 working days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of a credit note which is valid for one year.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@JUSTJEWELLERY.com. If your return is accepted, please ship the product back to us within 7 working days at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

We are not liable for damages in transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will send you a label, and have the product collected.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for sale items or items purchased using a credit note, gift coupon or offer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned since they are Personalized JUST FOR YOU!
